Cub Scout Master; he was a member of the Liberty Elks # 1545; and served on administrative force for the US Military Academy at West Point for 11 years.
A funeral service will be Tuesday, April 8, 2014 at 10 AM in the Harris Funeral Home Railroad Ave.
Roscoe, NY. A private burial will be in the Wallkill Cemetery, Middletown, NY.2

Mrs. Deadmond was born Dec. 27, 1881, in Bates County, Missouri. She married Pearl Maybee March 19, 1908. He died Aug. 4, 1966. She later married William Deadmond, who preceded her in death. She moved to Grove in 1965 and was a member of Grove First .Baptist Church.
Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Gladys Finks, Grove; two sons, George Maybee, Escalon, Calif., and Ralph Maybee, Brookings, Ore; 14 grandchildren, several great-grandchildren and five great-greatgrandchildren.3 
Burial She was buried at Olympus Cemetery, Grove, Delaware County, Oklahoma.3

The Rev. Mark Johns will officiate. Burial will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at Olympus Cemetery, Grove.
Mrs. Deadmond was born Dec. 27, 1881, in Bates County, Missouri. She married Pearl Maybee March 19, 1908. He died Aug. 4, 1966. She later married William Deadmond, who preceded her in death. She moved to Grove in 1965 and was a member of Grove First .Baptist Church.
Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Gladys Finks, Grove; two sons, George Maybee, Escalon, Calif., and Ralph Maybee, Brookings, Ore; 14 grandchildren, several great-grandchildren and five great-greatgrandchildren.8

He leaves behind five sisters, Vianna, Linda, Betty, Carol, and Bonnie, a son Billy Maybee and his wife Barb, a daughter Kimi and her husband William Brady, five grandchildren, Sommer, Destiny, Brice, Sharee, Cody and four Great Grandchildren, Dtlan, Joshua, Landon and Logan. Lester also leaves behind many Nieces and Nephews. He will be missed by all his friends and family.8
