First: I will and order that my personal estate shall be sold at public sale to pay my debts and funeral expenses-and of the money arriving from said sale of my personal property will not be sufficient to pay of my debts, that is my will that as much of my real estate shall be sold ? to discharge my debts Second: I will and order that Henry Sherwood, and his wife, Leah Ann, my niece shall decently support David Mabie, my brother-in-law as long as he lives, and that they shall during his life time have the free use of my real estate Third: I give bequeath, and devise to my niece Leah Ann, wife of Henry Sherwood, and to her heirs at the decease of said David Mabie, the one half of my wood lands, and the one half of my cleared fields from the east end of my farm with the improvements thereon, with the provise that they shall pay to Henry Traphagen, her brother, one third of the value Fourth: I give & bequeath & devise after the decease of said David Mabie, the remaining half of my real estate to my brothers and sisters, viz. John, Jonas, Frederick and James Youry, Margaret Sarvin, Catherine Blauvelt, Maria Onderdonk and the heirs of Peter Youry and Martha Crum, deceased, to be equally divided between them, that is to say, the heirs of my brother Peter deceased shall altogether have an equal share with each and any brothers and sisters and so likewise to the heirs of my sister Martha deceased.
