Mr. Mabie worked his family's farm in Elizaville until 1954 when he moved to Belmont He owned and operated a farm there until his retirement in 1975.
Born March 4, 1913, in Red Hook, he was the son of George and Hazel Brizzee Mabie.
On Feb. 27,1938, in Livingston, he married the former Evalina Bixby, who survives at home.
He is also survived by three brothers, William Mabie of Germantown, Robert Mabie of Elizaville and Royden Mabie of Pine Plains; a sister, Marion Dodge of Pine Plains; nieces and nephews.
Arrangements were made by the Burnett, Rockefeller and Hand Funeral Home, 30 S. Broadway, Red Hook. Services were held at the funeral home. The Rev. Walter Carpenter officiated. Burial was in St Paul's Lutheran Cemetery, Red Hook.7

Funeral services were held at the funeral home, with the Rev. HyoungDock Yoo officiating.
Interment was in St. Paul's Lutheran Cemetery, Red Hook.
Arrangements were by the Burnett, Rockefeller & Hand Funeral Home, 7461 South Broadway, Red Hook. Memorial donations may be made to Elizaville Fire Co., Elizaville.8
