Memo*29 June 1948 James Maybee, Nelliston, and Austin Russell. Canajoharie. were sentenced to 10 days each in the county jail Monday afternoon, after a hearing before Recorder Collins. They were arrested early Saturday morning by Officer Anthony Torsiello after a call from Lark Street, where they were alleged to have attempted to snatch a pocketbook from a woman walking towards her home. They were booked on a charge of attempted larceny on 29 June 1948 at Montgomery County, New York.4 
Memo16 May 1949 James Maybee, 28. of Nelliston, was arrested on Upper Main Street at 7 o'clock Saturday night by local police on the complaint of a resident of that section.
He was taken before Justice of the Peace K. O. Bartoh, charged with Indecent exposure, under Section 11.40 of the State Penal Law. Maybee pleaded guilty and was sentenced to 90 days in the Onondaga Penitentiary at Jamesvllle. He was takej) there later Saturday night by Police Chief Clinton Smith and Officer William Hergert.
In 1948, Maybee served 10 days in the County Jail for an offense committed in Amsterdam, and was fined $25 last September for a transgression of the law here. on 16 May 1949 at Montgomery County, New York.5 
Death*17 August 1951 James Edward Maybee died on 17 August 1951 at Alexandria, Virginia.6

Jerry Robert Mabie, the son of Robert and Alice Coon Mabie of Elizaville, was born in Rhinebeck, Sept. 27, 1951. He had attended Pine Plains Schools and was employed on his family's farm in Elizaville.
Besides his parents, he is survived by three brothers, Robert, Richard and Mark Mabie, all of Elizaville, a sister, Mrs. Patricia Coons of Elizaville, a nephew, Tod Coons of Elizaville and a grandmother, Mrs. George Mabie of Red Hook.
Funeral services were held Monday with the Rev.Lawrence Reilly of the Elizaville Methodist Church officiating. Interment was at Elizaville Cemetery.4

Streeter was mentioned in the obituary of Ella E Mabee on 1 October 1932 at Port Byron, New York; This community was deeply shocked on Sunday evening of this week to learn of the death of Mrs. William H Streeter of Pine street, who died suddenly at her home at about 9 o'clock that night.
Mrs. Streeter had been in poor health for some months past, but on Sunday she appeared in fine spirits and her condition seemed to be improving. About 9 o'clock she phoned her husband who was attending his gasoline station, saying that she felt ill Mr. Streeter rushed to his home, after calling Dr. Goodwin of Weedsport. but Mrs. Streeter passed away within a very few minutes. Physicians state that her heart failed
Mrs. Streeter was very well known throughout this community; and her death is deeply mourned by. a host of friends who loved and respected her. A quiet woman, loving her home and family, the deceased will be sadly missed,
Surviving Mrs. Streeter are her husband. William H. Streeter, two sons. Frederick O. Streeter of this village, and J. Blane Streeter of Weedsport, one brother, George Mabie of Clyde, one sister, Mrs. Eva Gove of Wolcott, and four grand-children.
Private funeral services were held from the late home on Wednesday afternoon with Rev. Thomas L. Lusk, pastor of the local Baptist Church, officiating.
Bearers for Mrs. Streeter were Mr. Frederick Streeter, J. Blaine 8treeter Harry Guereari, Fred H. 8treeter, Irving Farrand and George Mabie. Burial in Mount Pleasant Cemetery.5
