Surviving are two sons, Brian of Bloomingdale and Bruce of Mesa, Arizona, a daughter, Jane Goff of Myrtle Beach, SC; a brother George Ricks of Charlotte, NC; two sisters, Pearl Mazuska of Pompton Lakes and Anita Lazerine of west Milford; and seven grandchildren.5 
Death*24 August 2010 George Ricks died on 24 August 2010 at Monroe, Union County, North Carolina, at age 85.2
