  Married: Miss Joan A. Mabie, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. T. J. Mabie of Clayton road, and David F. Plue, son of Mr. and Mrs. LeRoy Plue of Germania avenue, were married Dec. 28 at Woodlawn Reformed Church. White pompons and palms formed the setting for the ceremony, which was performed by Rev. E. L. Swarthout.... The bride, given in marriage by her father... After a wedding trip to New York city, Mr. and Mrs. Plue are residing at 145 Clayton road. The bride, a graduate fo Mont Pleasant high school and Albany Comptometer school, is employed in the payroll division of the small, medium motors department at General Electric Co. The bridegroom, who attended Mont Pleasant High, is with the U.S. Navy, serving on board the U.S. "Capricornus," stationed at Norfolk, Va, He holds the rank of petty officer, third class.
