  Annulled: Grace Maybee obtained an interlocutory decree of annulment from Brundage Maybee, after a hearing before Justice A H F Seeger, official referee, here last Wednesday. The plaintiff, through her attorney, Frank J Connolly, charged fraud in that the decedent had agreed previous to this marriage to raise a family and then declined to have more than one child. The couple were married in Poughkeepsie on May 30, 1913. [After 1943, the Poughkeepsie City Directories listed them both lived at 29 Grand Avenue, but were not listed as spouse for each other]
