- Jimmy Comer of Lake Stevens, Washington, died December 29, 2005, while doing something that he loved, snowmobiling. He was 36 years old. Foremost a devoted family man, he also enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping, boating, and playing softball. He grew up in Lake Stevens, and worked alongside his dad in the family business, Puget Heating. He leaves behind his soul mate and wife of 15 years, Stefanie; daughter, Jordan, age 15; sons, Dakota, age 13, and Isaiah, age 9; parents, Robert and Geraldine Comer, of Lake Stevens; sisters, Lisa (Brad) Wahlberg, and their children, Montana, Wyatt, and Maquinna, of Granite Falls, Washington, and Kristina (Ron) Kesti, and their daughter, Natalie, of Lake Stevens, Washington; also numerous family and a wide circle of friends. Jimmy was generous, mischievous, and full of life. He was always putting everyone's needs before his own. It brought him great joy gathering people together and having fun. Nobody was ever a stranger in his eyes. Jimmy's passing leaves a huge void in many lives. Viewing will be held from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Wednesday and Thursday, January 4 and 5, at Bauer Funeral Chapel, Snohomish. A celebration of his life will be held 12:00 p.m... Friday, January 6, at Christ The King Lutheran Church, Snohomish, with viewing from 11 a.m. to service time. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to 'The Jimmy Comer Fund' for his children's college at any Washington Mutual Bank.
