- Information has Just reached the local office of the Salvation Army of the death of one of the outstanding leaders of the Salvation Army, Lt.- Colonel Walter Mabee. He died unexpectedly Sunday morning, December 29, from a stroke and heart attack in New York. Many of the people of Niagara Falls remember Colonel Mabee as the Territorial Young People's secretary, responsible for all the activities of the young people in the Salivation Army. Recently he was put in charge of the Advanced Training department at the Territorial headquarters
