Carroll S, Mabee vs. Theodore Mabee, an incompetent person, Rebecca Mabee, his wife, Eddie J. Mabee and Clarence Mabee, as Committee of the person and property of Theodore Mabee, an incompetent person.
In pursuance of a judgment of foreclosure and sale made and entered in the above entitled action, bearing date the 13th day of March, 1903, I, the undersigned, the Referee in said judgment named, will sell at public auction at the front door of the County Clerk's Office in the City of Ithaca, New York, on the 29th day of April, 1903, at ten o'clock in the forenoon of that day, the following described premises.
All that tract or parcel of land situate in the Town of Ithaca, Tompkins County, New York, and known as the Roger W. Rowland farm.... Being the same premises conveyed m a deed given the 5th day of May, 1896, by Elizabeth Oltz to Theodore Mabee and recorded in the Tompktns County Clerk's Office on the 6th day of May, 1896, in Liber 146 of Deeds at page 240.
