- Emelie Johnson Mabee, wife of Israel Mabee, died Sunday at her home in Wisner. She was born in Warwick, December seventeenth, 1869, a daughter of Mary Smith and Peter Johnson of Florida. She married Israel Mabee at Edenville in 1887 and had lived all her life in this vicinity.
Besides her husband, Mrs Mabee is survived by five children, Walter of Warwick, Clifford, at home, Harvey and Mary, wife of Howard Quackenbush both of Wisner; Myra, wife of Charles A Benedict of Bellvale; also a sister Mrs Carrie Barrett, of Westfield, NJ, and four grandchildren, Mrs Marion Benedict Kain of Glenrock, NY; Ethel and Clifford Quackenbush, and Clifford Mabee, Jr, of Wisner.
Funeral services will be held at the home,Wednesday, April third, with Rev William H Austin officiating. Burial in Warwick Cemetery

- Israel Mabee died today at his home in Wisner, near here [Warwick], where he had been engaged in farming for a number of years.
Mr Mabee was born in Macopin, NJ, April eighteenth 1862, a son of Abram and Annie Decker Mabee. His wife was the former Emeline Johnson.
Surviving are five children, Harvey R and Clifford, both of Wisner; Walter of Sugar Loaf, Myra, wife of Charles A Benedict of Bellvale, and Mary, wife of Howard Quackenbush of Warwick. Also surviving are two great-grandchildren, seven grandchildren, and two sisters, Mrs Mary J Montross of Ramsey, NJ, and Anna, wife of George Fitzgerald of Monroe.
Funeral services will be conducted Thursday afternoon at 1:30 at the home in Wisner. The Rev John R Lennon will officiate, assisted by the Rev Seely Quackenbush. Burial will be in Warwick Cemetery.

David Strong, pastor of the Calvary Baptist church in Wilmington, officiating. Burial will be in North Elba cemetery, Lake Placid.. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Marion Webb Mabee; a brother, Clifford, and a sister, Mrs. Mary Quackenbush. both of Warwick. Mr. Mabee was born in Florida, N. Y., Feb. 18, 1897, a son of Israel and Emiline Johnson Mabee. He was, a retired carpenter and had lived at Lake Kiwassa two years
