  	Edmonton, April 12 – Brought here by airplane from Droughton Valley, 70 miles southwest, Reuben G E Mabee, 34, died in hospital here from injuries suffered when a tree which he was cutting fell on him. Flight to Edmonton was made by Pilot Grant McConachie. Mabee died while his wife was in another ward of the hospital with a new born son.

  	Ernest Gilfred Reuben Mabee of Drayton Valley, Alberta, passed away in an Edmonton hospital, April 10, at the age of 34 years. He leaves to mourn his loss besides his loving wife, two sons and one daughter, also three brothers and two sisters. The funeral service will be held at Foster & McGarvey's funeral chapel, Wednesday, Rev C S Lystig will officiate. Interment will be made in the Beechmont cemetery.
