  	Oliver Russell 'Vernon' Mabee passed away peacefully, away from his pain, on Wednesday, June 3, 2015 at the age of 83. The family will receive friends at Parker Funeral Home and Cremation Centre, 19 Moose Road, Lindsay, Ontario on Saturday, June 13, 2015 from 10:00 am until time of memorial service in the chapel at 11:00 am. Reception to follow. There will be a private interment. If desired, in lieu of flowers, in memoriam donations to the Humane Society of Kawartha Lakes or Hospice Kawartha Lakes would be appreciated by the family.
