The will was not dated (apparently made out around September 1800) Petitioners: Elizabeth Gustin, widow of John Gustin; Peter Teeple; Samuel Smith - petition not dated Affidavit by Sophia Gustin Wood, dated September 26, 1821stated that John Gustin did not name all his children in the will.
