It is implied that more than one of the children are under age 21, but Anna is the only one specifically identified. Abram's land is described by reference to the purchase of 11 lots between the years 1852 and 1866.

- The entire community was shocked by Mrs. Margaret Judd's sudden death on April 18th at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Emory Hommell, her age being seventy-four years. The funeral took place at the Halcott Methodist Church, Elder Sanford of Arkville officiating: interment in Halcott cemetery. The deceased was a kind, loving mother and a good friend, so that she will be greatly missed, but, as her trust was in the Lord so we all free that she is at rest. She is survived by one son (Eli Judd of Walden), a daughter (Mrs. Emory Hommell of this place) and one brother (Theodore Mabie of Halcott.

- Mrs. Emma Annis Smith, wife of Stuart Smith, died at their home Monday evening. Mrs. Smith was born July 31, 1884 and was the daughter of Thomas Mabee and Adalyn Smith, of Warwick.
Mrs. Smith is survived by her husband, Stuart Smith, and one child, Bernice; also by her parents and two sisters, Mary, wife of Seeley Decker, of Bridgeport, Conn., and Ella, wife of Seeley Quackenbush, of Warwick, The deceased was a member of the Warwick Methodist Church.
Funeral services will be held at her home Friday at one thirty o'clock, the Rev. Frank Fletcher officiating. Burial Warwick Cemetery.

- Mr Thomas Mabee, a well known resident of Warwick died at the home of his daughter, Mrs Seely Quackenbush, on Thursday, Sept 26th, at 11:30 in the morning. He was born at Echo Lake, NJ, May 6, 1850, a son of Abram Mabee and Annie Decker. He has been living on his farm home on the New Milford-Warwick road until recently when he came to live with his daughter, Mrs Quackenbush. He married Adaline L Smith who died a few years ago. Funeral services were held at the home of Seely Quackenbush on Sunday, Rev Taber Knox officiating. Burial in Warwick Cemetery. Mr Mabee is survived by two daughters, Mrs Seely Quackenbush and Mrs Seely Decker, both of Warwick.
