  	Mr. Lorenzo Maybee, who resides on the Vandermark, in the town of Scio, was almost instantly killed on Monday last. It appears that he had hitched his oxen to a wagon which was loaded with hay, and in going between them to fasten the binder to the load, the oxen became frightened and started on a run. Mr. Maybee being felled to the ground, one of the wheels passing over him and breaking the temporal bone of the skull. He was taken up in an insensible condition, and carried to his residence, where he remained in a comatose state for about two hours, when he died. He leaves a wife and three children to mourn his loss
