- DEATH OF MRS. C. HARRIS--The death occurred Sunday, after an illness of 2 weeks duration of Antoinette Harris, beloved wife of Christopher Harris. Deceased was aged 63 years, 7 months and 27 days, and had resided in Ingersoll for upwards of 40 years. She is survived by a husband, one daughter, and 2 sons: Mrs. C. R. Patience, and Frank of Ingersoll; and Andrew of Deloraine, Manitoba. The funeral took place from the family residence, Cross Street, this afternoon to the Ingersoll Rural Cemetery and was largely attended.

- CHRISTOPHER HARRIS--The death occurred at his home on Thursday of Christopher Harris, following an illness of 5 weeks duration. Deceased who was 82 years old on Sunday last, was widely known in Ingersoll and vicinity, having spent the greater part of his life in this neighborhood. He came to Ingersoll from Dereham [township], where he had successfully followed farming for many years. He was a member of the Baptist Church and a man who took a deep interest in the affairs of his community at all times. His wife predeceased him about 10 years ago. The following family survive: One daughter, Naomi Harris, at home; one daughter, Mrs. C. R. Patience, Ingersoll; two sons, Frank of Carmen, Manitoba; and Andrew of Deloraine, Manitoba. The funeral took place from late residence, Cross Street, on Sunday afternoon to the Ingersoll Rural Cemetery where interment was made. The service was conducted by the Rev. Joseph Janes and the pallbearers were Messrs. Arthur Reader, Miles Harris, John Breckenbridge, Frank Carey, R. A. Wissen, James Mayberry.
