  	a buggy accident caused by a runaway horse. The coroner's report said: "On the 9th day of August A. D. 1902 the coroner was notified of the death of Elizabeth York, who died at James Tucker's ranch, 28 miles above Dewey's Flat on the Big Hole River; and from the statements of the sons of the deceased, it was ascertained that said deceased had been injured in a runaway and that a Doctor was called, but did not arrive until after death. This being all the information obtainable and there being no possibility whatever of any foul play being connected with said death"
