- An employe for 30 years of the American Bank Note Company in New York City, Carroll Stanley Mabie of 106 Locust Hill Avenue died yesterday morning in St. John's Riverside Hospital at the age of fifty-one.
Born in Fort Lee, N. J., a son of Samuel and Ella Sanderson Mabie, Mr. Mabie had lived in Yonkers since childhood. He attended the Art Students' League In New York City.
He leaves a widow, Mrs Frances Wilson Mabie; two sons. Carroll Jr., a cadet In bombardier training with the Army Air Corps at Maxwell Field, Ala., and Warren Mabie of Westwood, N. Y.; a daughter, Shirley Mabie of Yonkers; a sister, Mrs. Stella O'Donnel; two brothers, Lawrence and Samuel Mabie, and two grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted at Havey's Funeral Home, 107 North Broadway, Saturday at 2 P. M. Burial will be in Ferncliff Cemetery

Those portraits can be seen at the A.A headquarters in NYC. Another of his paintings was that of Dr. Samuel Shoemaker, Theologian and Author
