  	Russell M. Maybee 89, of Jupiter, passed away at his home in Mangrove Bay in the care of Hospice of Palm Beach County. His wife and daughter were at his side. Born in Detroit on January 17, 1917, he joined the Navy in 1941 serving in both theaters of war until his discharge in 1945. He retired as Vice President of the First Federal Savings and Loan in Detroit, Michigan and moved to Hobe Sound in 1974 to pursue his love of fishing. He is survived by his wife of 65 years, Nancy, his daughter, Gail Flynn, son-in-law, Dennis Flynn, and many nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held at a future date.
