  	Amy Emma Mabie, 78, of 351 N. Allen Chapel Road, died at 5:20 a.m. Saturday (March 2, 1996) at Shepard of the Hill, where she had been a resident since 1986. She was born May 19, 1917, in Michigan, and married Charles Mabie, who died in 1971. Surviving are one Stepson, Arden Mabie, of Elkhart; one stepdaughter, Mary Watts, of Goshen; and sister, Faye Hatfield of Warsaw. There will be no visitation. Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Prairie Street Cemetery in Elkhart. Arrangements are being handled by Hite Funeral Home Inc. of Kendallville. Mrs. Mabie was a factory worker until her retirement.
