  Obituary	Elizabeth C. Boorsma (Liz) passed away peacefully on February 11, 2021 at The Friendly Home. Her family had been able to spend the day with her. She was predeceased by her husband Jack, who she met at The Union at Michigan State University. They were married for 57 years. Survived by her daughter Nancy and son in law Steven Nobis; grandchildren Christopher [Lisa], Jeffrey [Sarah], and Kathryn [Brad]; and great grandchildren Eleanor, James, and Quinn. Liz enjoyed 25 years as a Nursery School teacher at Bertha Agor Memorial Nursery School. After her retirement she volunteered at the Fairport Public Library and SOFI [Senior Options for Independence]. She loved her family, sunny days, flower gardens, and spending time at Sodus Bay. Please consider the Fairport Public Library for a memorial.
