  	Emma Lucille Mabee, 84, of 509 Bryan Ave. Apt. A, Wabash, IN died Saturday, Aug. 8, 1998 at Millers Merry Manor East, Wabash. She was born Feb. 15, 1914 at Wabash to Charles and Sarah Ellen (Lower) Grimm. Emma Lucille Mabee was a lifetime resident of Wabash County. She married Gilbert Miller on June 26, 1936 in Wabash; he died May 28, 1962. She then married Samuel E. Mabee on Aug. 19, 1967 in Wabash; he died June 13, 1985. She was a member of St. Matthews United Church of Christ, the Deborah Circle of St. Matthews, and the Women's Guild. She retired in 1958 from New Products Engineering in Wabash. She was the first resident in Crestview Village 20 years ago. Survivors include a sister, Pauline Stone of Warsaw; a step daughter, Mrs. Dave (Sandra) Kunkel of Wabash; and three step grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son, a brother and a sister. Funeral services were held today (Wednesday, Aug. 12, 1998) at St. Matthews United Church of Christ with the Pastor Richard Rensner officiating. Burial was in Falls Cemetery of Wabash. Grandstaff-Hentge, Main Street Chapel was in charge of arrangements. Preferred memorials are to St. Matthews United Church of Christ
