  	Toronto, Feb 25 – Mrs Justice Mabee, wife of the chairman of the Dominion Railway Commission, died this morning at her residence, 15 Scarth Road, Rosedale, after a protracted illness. Mrs Mabee was taken ill last July and grew slowly worse having been confined to her room for the past three months. Peritonitis developed and was her immediate cause of her death which occurred about six o'clock. Mrs Mabee was a daughter of the late Mr Thorold, of St Williams, and married Mr Justice Mabee 25 years ago when Mr Mabee was elevated to the bench. They have lived in Rosedale ever since, as the family decided not to go to Ottawa when Justice Mabee received his present appointment. Mrs Mabee is survived by two children, Lionel and Mabel, both of whom live at home. Mrs Mabee was an Anglican. The funeral will take place Sunday at Port Rowan
