  	Bruce Mabee, 54, of 11 Linwood Drive, Bloomfield, CT, died Tuesday, January 10 at his home. Born in Glasgow, Montana, had lived in Ohio, moving to Bloomfield 13 years ago. He had served in the United States Army. Mr Mabee had a career with the American Red Cross that spanned over 25 years, including 5 years in Japan with the Far Eastern Area Headquarters, he served as Deputy Manager of the Dayton, Ohio Chapter & was Manager for the Greater Hartford Chapter & the Connecticut Division of the American National Red Cross. Prior to his retirement, he had worked for the Prudential Insurance Company. He was a former member of the Windsor Jesters Board of Directors. He leaves his wife, Barbara (Balas) Mabee of Bloomfield; two sons, Michael B Mabee of Wallingford, CT & William E Mabee of Bloomfield; a daughter, Anita E Mabee of West Springfield, MA; a sister Barbara E DeBeauchamp of Nordland, WA; & two grandchildren, Christopher & Sean. Funeral services were held at the Carmon Windsor Funeral Home, Windsor, CT with Rev Garfield Thompson officiating. Burial in Mountain View Cemetery, Bloomfield, CT.
