  	[Died] Peacefully at Strathmere Lodge, on Sunday, October 17, 2004. Helen Joyce Statham (Mabee) 79. Predeceased by husband Ken (1987) and son William (1961). Dear mother of Howard Statham of Strathroy and Rob and Mary Lynn Statham of Strathroy. Loving grandma to Amy and William Statham. Survived by sister Marion James of Mt. Brydges and brother Peter Mabee of Ottawa. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Helen will be fondly remembered by many for her nursing skills at both Strathroy Hospital and Strathmere Lodge. In accordance with Helen's wishes, there will not be a visitation, but cremation followed by a private funeral service. Arrangements are being made through Denning Bros. Funeral Home. Donations to the Alzheimers Society or to the Strathmere Lodge Auxiliary would be appreciated by the family. Be at peace, Mom. A tree will be planted as a living memorial to Helen

  	Marion Ruth James (nee Mabee) died peacefully at SMGH, Strathroy on Tuesday February 5th, 2013. Marion Ruth James (nee Mabee) of Mt. Brydges in her 92nd yr. Predeceased by her husband Murray James (2003). Beloved mother of Patsy (Gordon) Weber of Mt. Brydges & David (Vanessa) James of B.C. Predeceased by her son Byron James (1977) & daughter Linda Jefferson (2005). Proud grandmother of Lisa (Tim) Baxter, Frances (Steve) Vander Veldon, Bill (Lindsay) Weber, Cory (Karissa) Jefferson & kieran James. Great- grandmother to Sydney, Jordon & Trent Baxter. Remembered by her brother Peter Mabee & son-in-law Bob Jefferson, sister-in- law Betty (Don) Johnson. Predeceased by her parents Ross & Winnifred Mabee, and sister Helen Statham. Survived by many nieces & nephews. Special thanks to life long friends Harold & Dorreen Smith. As per Marions wish cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Marions life to be held at a later date.
