  	Samuel C. Mabee, 85, of 118 Mabee Avenue, East Peoria, died Sunday at 11:50 a.m. at Oakwood Manor Comprehensive Care Center whrer he had been a patient since Aug 31, 1976. He was born March 10, 1892 in East Peoria, and married Florence R. Harper on July 23, 1913 in Morris. She survives with three daughters, Mrs Mildred Cook, Galesburg, Mrs Eleanor Korn and Mrs Eileen Temple, both of Peoria; eight grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. Mr Mabee was employed at Caterpillar Tractor Company for many years, retiring in 1957. He was a member of the Free Methodist Church, East Peoria, and the Caterpillars Retirees Club. Funeral service will be Wednesday at the Free Methodist Church, Rev Ralph Park will officiate. Burial will be in Fondulac Cemetery. Friends may call at the LeRoy Schmidt Memorial Chapel.
