  	Margaret Mabee Memmelaar, formerly of Washingtonville NY, went peacefully to be with the Lord at Hillsboro House on April 5, 2013, Hillsboro, NH. Peg was born February 5, 1938 in Goshen, NY, the daughter of the late Jesse Mosteller Mabee and Irene (McNeiece) Mabee; graduated from Washingtonville HS in 1955 and received her BS in Home Economics in 1959 from Plattsburg State Teachers College. Peg taught for 33 years in the Washingtonville School District including Home Ec. at Goshen HS and as an Elementary teacher. Peg and her late husband, Dale E. Memmelaar, were married July 1, 1961 for 48 years before she moved to New Hampshire to be cared for by her daughter, Gretchen. Peg was known for making the best of any situation. Peg is survived by her son, Dale F. Memmelaar of Norcross, GA, his wife, Carla and two children: Joseph and Ashleigh; her daughter, Gretchen Stockwell of Hancock, NH, her husband, Steve and their son, Andrew; her sister, Patricia Mabee Fazio of Cody Wyoming, as well as many wonderful brothers- and sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews. Memorial services will be held at: Antrim Baptist Church, Antrim NH on Saturday, April 27th, at 2 p.m. and at Blooming Grove Congregational Church, Blooming Grove, NY on Saturday July 13th, at 2 p.m. with a burial at the Orange
  Witness-Obituary	Jesse M Mabee of Burning Grove, a retired truck driver for Sun Oil Company for over 35 years and longtime resident of this area, died Thursday, Oct 22, 1998 in Arden Hill Hospital, Goshen. He was 84. The son of the late Jesse B and Aida Mosteller Mabee, he was born June 24, 1914 in Philadelphia, Pa. He was the widower of the late Irene McNeiece. He was a member of the Burning Grove United Church of Christ. Survivors include his wife Augusta Ruth Miller Mabee at home; two daughters Margaret M. Memmelaar of Washingtonville and Patricia Fazio of Laramie, Wyo; one step-daughter, Jeanne Weisman of Great Falls, Va; four grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. There will be no visitation, Services will be private and at the convenience of the family. The Rev Alexander Coe will officiate. Burial will be in the Wallkill Cemetery, Phillipsburg.
