- Harold Jefferson "Jeff" Maybee, Jr. age 55, of Carmel, died Wednesday, September 12, 2007. Jeff was a Real Estate agent with F.C. Tucker and Company. He was a strong Christian, and a member of Radiant Christian Life Church in Westfield. Jeff will be lovingly remembered as a generous and faithful husband, father, grandfather and friend. He was happiest when he was helping others. He participated in several mission trips, regularly donated blood and plasma, and was always ready to assist anyone in need. He is survived by his wife of 35 years, Caryl (Johns) Maybee; his mother, Angela (Suttie) Maybee; daughters, Erin (husband Andy) Durnell and Amber Argyris; granddaughters, Samantha, Lauren and Genevieve; brother, Davide (wife Brenda) Maybee; sister, Jennifer (husband Greg) Breland; nieces and nephews, Angie, Kate, Kristen, Jill, Bradley, Clayton, Brianne, Madison, and Cody; and many aunts, uncles and cousins. In addition, Jeff counted as his family his wife's parents, Fillmore and Eugenia Johns; brothers- and sisters-in-law, Ronald Johns, Kathleen (Johns) Menocal, Margie (Bartley) Maybee, Tom Menocal; and Dan and Katelyn Argyris. He was born in Minneapolis (MN) on September 14, 2007, and was preceded in death by his father, Harold Jefferson Maybee, Sr. Memorial services will be at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, September 17, 2007 at Radiant Christian Life Church, where friends may call from 12:30 p.m. until the time of services
