- Dr Harry Hamilton Mabie, 52, of 620 South Virginia avenue who was formerly a chiropractor, died at 3:30 yesterday afternoon at the Veterans Hospital at Jefferson Barracks after an extended ailment.
He served in the Spanish-American War, enlisting July 18, 1898, at Louisville, Ky., and being discharged May 11, 1901. He was a musician while serving with Company K, 31st Regiment, United States Infantry.
Dr Mabie was born in New York City, Jan 20, 1884, a son of the late James and Alice (Rooney) Mabie, both of whom were born in New York. He married Amelia Stonewater here, Dec 26, 1911. She survives..
Funeral Services will be held at two o'clock Friday afternoon at the Gundlach and company funeral home. Rev Emil Hartman will officiate.

- Dr Harry H Mabie, prominent Belleville, Ill, chiropractor and Spanish-American War veteran, died after a long illness yesterday in Veterans Hospital at Jefferson Barracks. He was 52 years old and is survived by his widow, Mrs Amelia Mabie.
