  	Levi Maybee, 77 years old, 581 Broad street, died this morning at a Buffalo hospital after a lingering illness. He was born in the LaSalle section of Niagara Falls but had lived in Tonawanda since childhood. He was a member of the First Church of Christ and the Brotherhood of the church. Surviving are a wife, Charlotte, Tonawanda, and a niece, Mrs. Elizabeth HeHlvey, Buffalo

  	Mrs. Charlotte Maybee, 74 years old, died at the home of her sister, Mrs. Emma Kelley, 119 Hill Street. Mrs Maybee was a member of the First Church of Christ and the Loyal Woman's Class of the church. Surviving are a sister, Mrs. Kelley and three brothers, George Trueman of Buffalo, Charles Trueman of Tonawanda, and Harrison Squires of Bay City, Michigan. The funeral will be held Sunday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock at the Kelley residence. Rev. C. E. Rostofer of the North Tonawanda Church of Christ will officiate and interment will be in the city cemetery.
