  	The funeral of Mrs. Rebecca Walton, who died at her home, 26 Front street, Thursday, will take place from her late home Monday at 2:30 o'clock. She was a descendant of families prominent in Schenectady history since the seventeenth century. Jan Mabee, an ancestor, bought land on the north side of the Mohawk and built the Mabee homestead, thought to be the oldest In the Mohawk valley, if not in the state. Mrs. Walton was born February 17, 1843, the daughter of Nicholas Mabee and Catherine Weast. She married Richard Walton in 1862. His family was also prominent. The survivors are a son. Alonzo Paige Walton, with whom she lived, and two grandsons., Alonzo Paige Walton, jr., and Richard Walton
