- Clifton Mabie Keeler of 415 East 9th Street, Oklahoma City, Okla., born 31 Aug 1889 in Shellrock, Iowa, registered for the draft on Feb. 5, 1918, with the Consul of the United States of America. He was an Oil Geologist for the Caribbean Petroleum Co in Maracaibo, Venezuela. He was, single, Caucasian, of medium height and build, with brown eyes and brown hair.

- Ira Mabie, 807 Walnut Street, died at 11 a.m. today after a long illness. He was born in Pennsylvania Nov. 20, 1834 and moved with his parents to Belvidere, Ill. He was married to Mary Jane Howe, Marengo, Ill. May 1, 1861.
They moved to Iowa about 54 years ago and engaged in farming in Butler county, moving to Waterloo in 1888, where they had since made their home. Mr. Mabie is survived by widow, daughter, Mrs. F. E. Keeler, and grandson, Clifton Mabie Keeler, Oklahoma City; a brother Jacob Mabie and a sister, Mrs. Julia Rhoads, both of Crompton, Fla.
The body is at Hileman & Gindt's funeral home pending funeral arrangements.

- Funeral Services for Mrs. Mary Jane Mabie, who died Feb. 20 at Oklahoma City, Okla., were conducted in the Hileman & Grint chapel today, Rev. J. R. Macartney officiating. Burial was in Fairview.
Mr. Mabie had lived in Waterloo for 35 years, previous going to Oklahoma City to reside with her daughter, Mrs F. E. Keeler, following the death of her husband, Ira Mabie, Feb. 2, 1921. She was born in Schenectady N. Y., July 3, 1838. Surviving are her daughter, Mrs Keeler, who accompanied the body here, a grandson, Clifton Mabie Keeler, Wititcha Falls, Tex., and an infant great grandson, Frederick Rideant Keeler.
