- Mrs Ora Pearl Crank, forty-two years old, wife of Samuel Crank of Chicago, died yesterday morning at the home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. D. M. Mabie, 2704 Lafayette street. Mrs Crank was a former resident of St. Joseph and a graduate of Central High School. Besides her husband and parents she is survived by a daughter, Lola Crank; a sister, Miss Lola S. Mabie, St. Joseph; and four brothers, A. P., Percy and Rollin Mabie, St. Joseph, and Ray Mabie, Springfield, Mo. The funeral will be conducted tomorrow afternoon at Freeman-Faris and burial will be in Mount Auburn Cemetery.

- Funeral services for Ray Elwin Mabie, forty-one years old, a salesman for the Pierce Oil Company, who died Monday morning at the home of his parents, Mr and Mrs Daniel Mabie, 2704 Lafayette street, will be Wednesday afternoon at Melierhoffer's chapel. Burial will be in Mount Auburn Cemetery.
Mr Mabie came to St. Joseph three months ago from Jefferson City for his health. Besides his parents he is survived by his wife, Mrs Frances Mabie; a son Charles D Mabie; a daughter, Miss Sophia A. Mabie; a sister, Miss Lola L. Mabie; and three brothers, A. P., P. G., and R. A. Mabie, all of St. Joseph.

- Mrs Sophia A. Mabie, eighty-four years old. 2704 Lafayette street, died at 10:15 o'clock last night at a local hospital. She was born in Illinois and had lived in St. Joseph forty-five years. Mrs Mabie was the widow of Daniel M. Mabie, a veteran newspaper publisher of Missouri and Kansas, who died four years ago.
She is survived by a daughter, Miss Lola L. Mabie, and three sons, Percy G., Rollin A. And Alvah P' Mabie, all of St. Joseph. All the children, except Alvah Mabie are linotype operators for the News-Press and The Gazette.
The body is at Heaton, BeGole & Bowman's mortuary where the funeral will be at 2 o'clock tomorrow afternoo. The Rev. C. M. Chilton, pastor of the First Christian Church, will officiate and burial will be in Mount Auburn Cemetery.

- Avah Park Mabie, 1723 Savannah avenue, died late yesterday afternoon in a local hospital at the age of sixty-four. A retired telegraph operator, he had lived in St. Joseph for forty years. He was born in Moline, Ill.
Mr Mabie is survived by two brothers, Rollin A. Mabie, employed in the composing room of the News-Prerss, and Percy G. Mabie, employed in the composing room of The Gazette, and a sister, Miss Lola L. Mabie, St Joseph. The body is at the Heaton-BeGole & Bowman mortuary, where services will be tomowwow afternoon. Dr. C. M. Chilton officiating. Burial will be in Mount Auburn Cemetery.

- Percy G. Mabie, an employe of The Gazette composing room more than 25 years before his retirement in October 1948, died last night at a local hospital. He was 68 years old.
Mr Mabie, owner of the Mabie Printing Company before coming to the Gazette, was born at Rock Island, Ill., and had resided in St Joseph 50 years. He made his home at 1512 Jule street. Mr Mabie was a member of St. Joseph Typographical Union No. 40; King Hill Lodge No. 376 A. F. And M., and the Methodist Church at Moline, Ill.
Surviving are his wife, Mrs Jessie Lee Mabie of the home and one son R. Thompson Mabie, program director of KFEQ; two daughters, Mrs Thelma Walker and Miss Jessie A. Mabie, all at home; one brother, Rollin A. Mabie, an employe of The News-Press composing room; a sister Miss Lola Mabie, formerly employed in The News-Press composing room; and two grandchildren, Dreeana Lee Walker and R Thompson Walker, both at home.
Services will be held tomorrow in the Heaton-Bowman chapel, Dr. Robert L. McLeod officiating. Burial will be in Ashland Cemetery. The King Hill Lodge will conduct Masonic services at the chapel.
