  	William Maybee, 80, died yesterday at 6 p.m. in hospital after a long illness. He was born at home, 858 Oak- Marine City, Mich, and had lived in the Lorain area seven years. Mr. Maybee formerly was employed at the Lorain yards of the American Ship Building Co. The only survivors are nieces and nephews in the Lorain area. Friends will be received after 3 p.m. tomorrow at the Reidy-Scanlan Funeral Home. Funeral arrangements are incomplete.
