- I Hannah Mabey of Medusa Town of Rensselarville in the County of Albany and State of New York of the age of seventy eight years and being of sound mind and memory do make publish and declare this to be last Will and Testament in the manor following that is to say
First
I give and bequeath to Aaron son of my brother James D. Mackey the sum of Five Hundred Dollars
Second
I give and bequeath to Aaron H Losee the surviving Husband of my deceased daughter Sarah Mabey the sum of Five Hundred Dollars
Third
give and bequeath to my brother Montgomery Mackey the sum of Five Hundred Dollars
Fourth
I give and bequeath to James Finch the surviving Husband of my deceased daughter Anna Mabey the sum of Five Hundred Dollars
Fifth
I give and bequeath to Ashley Bryant Austin Bryant and Albert Bryant sons of Oliver Bryant the sum of Five Hundred Dollars each
Sixth
I give and bequeath to Horace Mabey and Anna Eliza Mabey son and daughter of Alanson Mabey deceased the sum of Five Hundred Dollars each
Seventh
I give and bequeath to William Bell of Medusa the son of Martin Bell the sum of Five Hundred Dollars
Eighth
I give and bequeath to Wheeler Mackey John Mackey and Clark Mackey sons of my brother Montgomery Mackey the sum of Five Hundred Dollars each

I give and bequeath to Mary Eliza Finch wife of my deceased grandson William M Finch the sum of one dollar
Tenth
I give and bequeath to George Henry Mabey son of Alanson Mabey the sum of Three Hundred Dollars each

I give and bequeath to Nancy Mabey widow of Platt Mabey the sum of Three Hundred Dollars
Twelfth
I give and bequeath to Mary L Tibbets wife of Amimore Dean, deceased, the sum of Three Hundred Dollars
Thirteenth
I give and bequeath to Rosanna Whitford wife of Amos Whitford the sum of Five Hundred Dollars
Fourteenth
The remainder if any to be divided equally between the following named persons, Aaron Mackey, James Finch, Albert Bryant, Ashley Bryant, Horace Mabey, Wm Bell of Medusa, and Mary S. Tibbets.
I hereby nominate and appoint my friend Jas L Utter to be Executor of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all former wills made by me.
