  	Herbert B Ostrom, 47 years old, died this morning at his home in Westover. He is survived by his wife, Lilly A; two sons, Leslie and Edgar Ostrom, both of Westover; a daughter, Mrs Horace Grow [Orris Brown] of Westover; a brother James Ostrom of Johnson City, and two sisters, Mrs Levant Smith of Schoharie county and Mrs Henry Andrews of Vestal. The funeral will be in Floral Park cemetery.
