- Anna H. Hillman, wife of Brainard D. Mabee. who had been ill for a long time, died Monday afternoon at 3 o'clock in the Ellis hospital, Schenectady, where she underwent an operation. The funeral will be held Friday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock.
Mrs. Mabee was born in Glenville, April 28, 1877. She had spent practically all her life in Glenville. Mrs. Mabee and family went to Schenectady in October, from Scotia, where they had been residents but a short time. Besides her husband, she is survived by two sons and four daughters, of Schenectady, and two brothers and a sister. Mrs. Mabee was a member of the Scotia Reformed church.

- The funeral of Brainard Mabee, husband of the late Anna Mabee, the New York Central employee, who died In the Ellis hospital on Wednesday, will be held tomorrow afternoon at 2 o'clock at Timeson and Fronk's funeral parlors, Church street Burial will be in the Park cemetery. Scotia, after the service conducted by Rev. H. B. Roberts of the Scotia Reformed church.
Mr. Mabee was born in Charlton November 28, 1861. He had lived in this section most of his life. He was employed by the railroad in several places and for 42 years he was yard conductor for the New York Central. He had been in the freight offices and was announcer at the local depot. Before his illness he was with the W. P. McDonald Construction company.
His wife Anna H. Mabee. died some time ago. Besides the two sons, Edward and Dewltt, there are four daughters, Mrs. Joseph Rlccio. and Consuelo, Virginia and Ida Mabee. There are two sisters, Mrs. Charles Negus of Rotterdam, and Mrs. Isadora Tatro of this city

- DeWitt D. Mabee. 69, of 228 Fifth street, Scotia died yesterday at his home.
Mr. Mabee was born in Glenville and was a lifelong resident of the Scotia - Glenville
area. He was employed at ALCO Products 22 years until his retirement in 1963. He was an army veteran of World war I.
Surviving is his widow, Mrs. Annie Helm Mabee; one brother, Edmund B. Mabee; four sisters, Miss Irene Mabee, Mrs. Irwin VanHeusen, Mrs. Carlton Gruby, and Mrs. Robert C. Gruby, all of Scotia. Several nieces and nephews also survive.
Funeral services will be held at the Ellis Funeral Home at 2 p.m. Monday. Rev. Ralph Booth, pastor of State Street Presbyterian, Church, will officiate. Burial will be in Park cemetery, Scotia. The funeral home will be open after 7 p.m. Sunday

Interment, Park Cemetery, Scotia.
