- Emily M. Klein, 82, of Endicott, died at Wilson Memorial Hospital, Sunday, March 25, 2007. She was predeceased by her husband, I. John Klein in 1988; and her parents, Harold and Bess Mabey. She is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law, James W. and Susan Klein and family, Lisle, N.Y., John R. and Eileen Klein and family, Johnson City, a daughter, Kathy and Richard Jindra and family, Forest Lake, Pa.; a brother and sister-in-law, Jack and Jean Mabey and family, Haddonfield, N.J. She was a member of Tabernacle Methodist Church. Emily was fortunate enough to have many lifelong friends and enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, Allyson and Kevin. She had a lifelong passion for books, crossword puzzles and the challenges of golf and Jeopardy.
Services were held at the convenience of the family. Burial was in Riverhurst Cemetery, Endicott. Expressions of sympathy in her memory may be made to the Vestal Library or the charity of one's choice. Arrangements by the Allen Memorial Home, 511-513 East Main Street, Endicott, N.Y..
