  	Kenneth (Ken) George Mabie, of Woodlawn Avenue, passed away at the Moncton Hospital, Tuesday, January 1999. Born February 20, 1922 in Campbellton, he was the son of the late Clyde and Nellie (Chamberlain) Mabie. He attended the Roman Catholic Church. He retired from C.N.R. as a Telecommunications Linesman Technichian. He was a member of the CN War Vets and a past member of the Royal Canadian Legion, Moncton Branch #6. He served during World War II. He is survived by his wife Ella (Ferlotte) Mabie, four daughters, Bonnie Mabie (Leo) of dieppe, June Gallant(Ed), Dawn Saulnier (Alan), Debbie Mabie (Brian) all of Moncton, two sons John (Cathy), of Lower Sackville, NS, Wally (Jean) of Halifax NS, one brother Wally (Jean) Mabie of Quebec; two sisters, Ruth Mabie of Hamilton, ON, Donna (Wally) Trites of St. Catherines, ON; eight grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a brother, Jack. The time, day and place of funeral will be announced at a later date. Interment to be held in Fairhaven Memorial Gardens. Donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the memorial of the donor's choice. Arrangements are under the direction of the Fair Haven Funeral Home, 1177 Salisbury Rd., Moncton.
