  	Mildred S. Mabee, a lifelong Middletown resident, died on Friday, November 14, 2003 at Elant of Goshen. She was 84. The daughter of the late Walter J. and Marquerite F. Manett Seeley, she was born on March 1, 1919 in Middletown. Mildred was a homemaker as well as former bookkeeper for Fournier Monuments in Middletown. She was a member of St. Paul's United Methodist Church, the Mulberry House Seniors in Middletown, and the Queen Esther Chapter of the Eastern Star. She was married to E. Westen Mabee, who predeceased her in 1981. She is survived by one daughter, Lynn Mabee Kummer of Middletown, three grandchildren, Erika Kummer, Douglas and Andrew Mabee; one great grandchild, Weston Mabee; a niece, Jane; and a nephew, David. She was predeceased by a son, Stanley W. Mabee in 1997; and a brother, Stanley Seeley. Family and friends may visit on Tuesday, November 18 from 2 to 4 at Applebee-McPhillips Funeral Home, Inc. 130 Highland Avenue, Middletown. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, November 18 at 4 p.m. at the funeral home, the Rev. Wilmert Wolfe officiating. Cremation will be private and at the convenience of the family. Donations in Mildred's name may be made to: Elant of Goshen, 6 Harriman Drive, Goshen, NY 10924; or to St. Paul's United Methodist Church, 58 West Main Street, Middletown, NY 10940 (please specify designation).
