- The remains of Mrs. Mabee, the wife of the late Bishop Mabee, who was for many years the Reeve of W.O., was brought from Michigan to be laid by the side of her husband, in the Ingersoll cemetery. The funeral took place on Saturday at the residence of W. Gould, from where a large cortege, proceeded to the place of burial.
The age of the late Mrs. W.B. Mabee of Richmondville, Sanilac Co., Mich., who died on the 13th inst., was 78 years 4 months and * days. Deceased was born in New York State, lived in West Oxford for 53 years. but had been living with her daughter for the past seven months in Michigan., where her death occurred. Her remains were interred in Ingersoll Cemetery. She leaves behind her nine children, three sons and six daughters as follows: Mrs. Stewart Canfield Beachville; Mrs. W.R. Gould Beachville, Mr. Levi Mabee Winnipeg, Mr. W. Mabee West Oxford, Mrs. Wm. Poole Kansas, Mrs. J. H. Hayes Dakota, Mrs. W. Birdsall Canboro, Francis Mabee Dakota and Mrs. Warren Schell Michigan

- The remains of the late Walter Maybee, whose death took place in London on Saturday, were brought to the home of his son, E. A. Maybee, Harris Street, and the funeral was held on Monday to the Ingersoll Rural Cemetery. Rev. Joseph James conducted the services most impressively. The pallbearers were Messes. T. R. Mayberry, Wm. Newton, Thos. Taylor, H. E. Robinson F. W. Waters and James Thompson.
