  	James Aaron Mabee, a former resident of Birmingham and Nashville, died Wednesday at Long Beach, Calif, after an illness. A native of Mount Eagle, Tenn, Mr Mabee had lived in California the last 33 years. Surviving are the widow, Mrs Frankie Mabee. A son Charles Mabee, both of Long Beach; five sisters, Mrs W J Thompson, Mrs Cecelia Burt, Mrs V M Clark, Mrs Dwight Spragg, all of Birmingham, and Mrs C M Lauritzen, of Chicago; three brothers George Mabee, Hemet, California; J T Mabee, Chattanooga, Tenn, and Carl F Mabee, Mount Eagle, and several nephews and nieces. Funeral services will be held tomorrow at Long Beach.
