- Richard C. MayBee Sr., 70, of Logan died Sept. 13 at Good Shepherd Lutheran Home in Blair, Neb. He was born Jan. 12, 1934, in Omaha to Edward F. and Fern L. (Copley) MayBee. He lived in the Logan and Moorhead area most of lifetime. He was a truck driver. He was a member of Landmark Baptist Church in Logan. Mr. MayBee was preceded in death by his wife, Mary L. (Lee) MayBee, on April 19, 1987.
Survivors include three daughters, Shawn Salter and husband, Robert, of Logan, Kathleen MayBee of Logan and Renee C. Emmart of Council Bluffs; three sons, Mark A. MayBee of Logan, Edward MayBee and wife, Darnelle, of Logan and Richard C. MayBee Jr. and wife, Lori, of Missouri Valley; 10 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; three half-sisters, Peggy, Chery and Lynn.
The body has been cremated. Graveside memorial service will be Friday at 2 p.m. at Minden Cemetery with Nigel G. Probert of Grace Community Fellowship Church in Missouri Valley officiating.
Cutler-O'Neill-Meyer-Woodring Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
