  	Oliver E. Mabee, 74, of 2412 Elizabeth ave, died of arteriosclerosis and diabetes Tuesday at Iowa Methodist Hospital. He had been ill several years. Services will be Thursday at St Mark's Episcopal Church. Burial will be in Laurel Hill Cemetery. A native of Parker, S.D., he had lived in Des Moines since 1912. Mr Mabee, a car salesman for 25 years, retired in 1953. He was a member of St Mark's Church and the Home Masonic Lodge. Mr Mabee id survived by his widow Sara; a son Willard Mabee of Clinton; a daughter Mrs Hildred Brown of Denver, Colo.; a sister Mrs George Schwartz of Salamanca N.Y.; five grandchildren and two grear grandchildren
