- Catherine D. Mabie "Kay" passed away at her home on Tuesday December 28, 2010. Kay was born in Whippany and was a longtime resident of Morris Plains. She was a member of St. Christopher's Church. She was employed at Aircraft Radio in Boonton Township during WWII, she was the Manager for the Morristown Memorial Hospital Bargain Box, and was a Floral Arranger at the Hub Florist in Denville.
Kay was predeceased husband Bertrand C. Mabie in June 2000, and predeceased by her siblings, Michael Yukas, Julia Ference, Mary Chiappe, Ann Rourke, and Helen Roselle. Kay is survived by her daughters, Susan Mabie Maas of Morris Plains and Pamela Donnally of Poulsbo, WA, her 4 grandchildren, Allen Maas, Gena Miller, Sam and Brie Donnally, her 2 great grandchildren, Carson and Evie Miller, and her 2 sisters, Olga Coss of St. Petersburg, FL and Frances Dickson of East Aurora, NY, and cousin Diane Chiappe of Morristown, NJ.
Kay's Memorial Mass of Christian Burial service will be offered on Wednesday January 5^th at 10:00am at St. Christopher's Church, Parsippany, NJ.
