- Mariam Jean O'Donnell Mabey, 30, of 175 West 200 North, Bountiful, died Saturday, June 13, of natural causes in the South Davis Community Hospital.
Born Feb. 21, 1940, in Evanston, Wyoming, a daughter of Thomas Francis and Isabel Bluemel O'Donnell. Married John M. Mabey in Bountiful on Jan. 15, 1959. Later, solemnized in the Logan LDS Temple. Member of the Bountiful sixth LDS Ward and secretary in Primary presidency.
Survivors include husband, two sons and one daughter, Michael John, Jeffery Thomas, Suzanne, all of Bountiful; mother of Bountiful; two brothers and two sisters, Thomas of Casper, Wyo.; Mrs. Della Flynn and Mrs. Bertha Erickson, both of Rawlins, Wyo.; and Frank V. of El Paso, Tex. Funeral services were held on Tuesday, June 16 with Bishop E. Nordell Weeks conducting.
Family prayer at Bountiful Union Mortuary by Harold Bluemel, uncle. Prelude and postlude music by JoAnn Curtis; invocation by Bishop Alma Park; remarks by E. Nordell Weeks; musical selection by Milo Pasket, "Going Home," accompanied by Janet Asper.
Speaker, Stan Smedley; musical selection by Bountiful Sixth LDS Ward Primary organization chorus, "O My Father," accompanied by Arlene Holbrook. Speaker, Harold Pope; benediction by John Cushing. Interment in Bountiful Memorial Park with dedication of the grave by Frank Herbert.

- Marco Mabey Cushing, our beloved wife, daughter, mother, sister, grandmother, and friend returned home to her Heavenly Father, Wednesday, November 5, 1997, after a long battle with cancer.
Marco was born June 15, 1939 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Beatrice Call and David Maeser Mabey . She married John Riley Cushing in the Salt Lake LDS Temple on January 31, 1958. Marco was a life long Bountiful resident. Marco was valedictorian of Bountiful High Class of 57. She attended BYU. She served faithfully in the LDS Church in many areas, including Primary President and ward and stake Young Women's President. She was an active Scout leader earning her wood badge, Award of Merit and Silver Beaver Award. Marco worked at Muir Elementary as the media center coordinator. She loved children and dedicated years of service touching the hearts and lives of many. Marco loved photography and gardening . She led a beautifully unselfish life. Words cannot express how much we loved her and she us. We look forward to the day when we can embrace her again.
Marco is survived by her husband, John, Bountiful; mother, Beatrice Mabey , Bountiful; children: Ruthanne (Jim) Hubbard, Cheyenne, WY; Julie (Reed) Nelson, So. Jordan; Kaye (Kelly) Barton, Peoria, AZ; Kenneth (Gail) Cushing, Bountiful; Gena (Tyrone) Pablo, Gallup, NM; brothers; John, Steven, Karl, and Gordon Mabey; 13 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Funeral services will be held Monday, November 10, 1997 at 12 noon at the Bountiful Central Stake Center, 640 South 750 East. Friends may call Sunday evening from 6-9 p.m. at the Russon Brothers Bountiful Mortuary, 295 North Main and again Monday morning from 10:30-11:30 a.m. at the church. Interment-Bountiful City Cemetery

- Beatrice Call Mabey was born on August 15, 1914 in Bountiful, Utah to John Anson Call and Annie Beatrice Law. She past away surrounded by her loving family and was reunited with her other loved ones on Valentines Day February 14, 2010. She was married in the Salt Lake Temple to Maeser Mabey on June 21, 1937; he preceded her in death by 38 years. If you knew Bea you loved Bea and it didn't matter who you were or where you came from. Bea had a zest for life and a wonderful sense of humor and always looked for the good in people. Her memory was unmatched and she could easily recount in detail events from her childhood. She was an avid reader and loved gaining knowledge. The knowledge and gifts she attained were shared and benefitted others lives through teaching. She taught the fourth-grade in the Davis County School District for many years and had a lasting influence on many lives. She was a teacher of life and education and we will never know how many lives she touched. Bea was a member of the Daughters of Utah Pioneers and Fine Arts Guild. She loved the theatre and acted in plays while attending the University of Utah. Throughout her life she had a firm testimony of the gospel of Jesus Christ and was a devoted member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints serving in many capacities. Her family was the most important thing to her and she memorized every birthday of every child, grandchild, great-grandchild and great-great grandchild. She was remarkable in every sense of the word and an inspiration to all that knew her. The family wishes to thank all the nurses and staff at Barton Creek Assisted Living that lovingly cared for our Mother. Preceded in death by brother Alten, husband Maeser and daughter Marco Cushing. Survived by sons John Mabey (Kathy), Steven Mabey (Mary), Karl Mabey (Janet), Gordon Mabey (Susi), Son-In-Law John Cushing (Anita), 20 grandchildren, 38 great-grand Children and 14 great great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Friday February 19, 2010, at 12 at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Chapel located at 51 South Main, Bountiful, Utah.
