- Our loving husband, father and friend, Roland Major Lamie, passed away April 14, 2008 in Midvale, Utah.
Roland was born January 16, 1919 in Salt Lake City, Utah to John M. Lamie and Sarah A. Southam. He married Callie Rae Mabey Nov. 1942. Roland was a printer and a member of Salt Lake Typographical Union. He retired from the NAC after working from 1956 to 1986.
He is survived by his wife and two daughters, Ramona (Ed) Zgaynor and Nancy Lamie, two grand-children, Michael (Kris) Zgaynor, Callie Anne Drummond and great-grandchild, Kristin.
Graveside Services will be held Friday, April 18, 2008 at 1 p.m. at Wasatch Lawn Memorial Park, 3401 S. Highland Drive, Holladay, Utah.
