  	Mabee, Verna Rose (Bekkering) 11/28/1926 - 4/2/2016 Dorr Verna Rose (Bekkering) Mabee, age 89 of Dorr formerly of Grandville, went to be with Jesus on April 2, 2016. She was preceded in death by her husband Robert in 2000, her daughters Mary Potter and Wanda VanderMolen, her grandson Jimmy Mulligan, her son-in-law Jim Mulligan and daughter-in-law Marcia Bekkering. Verna will be lovingly remembered by her children: Jim Bekkering, Judy Mulligan, Verla (Larry) Isenhoff, Chris Bekkering, and Tim (Dawn) Bekkering; her 13 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren; her sister Ellen McCarty and several nieces and nephews. Verna was a member at Carpenter's House Outreach Church. Friends may visit with Verna's family on Wednesday, April 6, 2016 from 12-1 PM at Kubiak-Cook Funeral Home, Dorr Chapel. Funeral services will follow Wednesday at 1 PM with Pastor Jack Groot and Pastor Calvin Bergsma officiating. Interment will follow in Dorr Cemetery. Donations in memory of Verna may be made to Carpenter's House Outreach Church.
