  	Thelma Lewis Mabee, 80 of Aurora passed away on Saturday, July 25, 2009 in Aurora, surrounded by her family. She was born on January 7, 1929 in Warrington, England; a daughter to the late Frank and Margaret (Thomason) Parker. Thelma arrived in 1948 in New York on the Queen Elizabeth ship. Then she married Dean A. Lewis on June 1, 1948 in Butte, Montana. After his death she moved in 1963 to Mooseheart, IL. She left Mooseheart and courageously raised and enjoyed her five children, many grandchildren, which was known as her Dynasty. She also enjoyed helping elderly people in need and cared for many people over the years. She worked in alterations at Wolsfelt's Bridals. Her family members include five children, Dianne (Bob) Yelm, Dan (Chris) Lewis, Joan (Phil) Silagi, Terry (J.L.) Johnson and Kathy Lewis-Villareal (Daniel Villareal); 14 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Dean A. Lewis; and her grandson, Dean Albin Lewis. A memorial celebration will be held on Tuesday, July 28, 2009 at 1:00PM at Dieterle Memorial Home, 1120 South Broadway, Montgomery. The family will greet guests on Tuesday, from 11:00AM until the time of services at 1:00PM. Burial will be private
